We make thermoformed shells in CLOSED-CELL EXPANDED RETICULATED POLYETHYLENE.
Designed to fit more snugly and prevent any parts of your component coming into contact with the air, a design that stops condensation forming and significantly reduces thermal dispersion.
The resulting insulation is extremely well-finished and adheres to the product perfectly.

HiRo has patented an innovative fast closure system which uses mechanical clips and ties.
Since it requires no glue, this system makes shell assembly much faster and allows easy removal for inspection purposes, ensuring shells can be reused over and over.
